ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0\Pro 3.0.2: What is referred by the “portal item” when working with “manage registered data stores”?

I couldn’t figure out what is referred by the “portal item” when working with “manage registered data stores. What item I’m supposed to see here?

Hi @JamalNUMAN,

The Manage Registered Data Stores pane in Pro gives you a view of the data stores in your portal. Once you create them, data stores exist as items in your portal (i.e. Portal Items). For more information, see Manage registered data stores.

Then why nothing appears under the “portal items” despite the fact that the availability of data stores item while they do appear under the (https://localhost/adaptor) option as per the screenshots below

@JamalNUMAN  In the Manage Registered Data Stores pane, the Portal Items selection displays the data store items in your portal. You can filter to display items you own or items shared with you. In your screenshot, you're toggling to see only items you own, so try toggling on the second button to additionally see items shared with you. When you select the federated server from the dropdown, you see the data stores registered with the server. This list includes items for which a portal item exists and may also include data stores registered directly with the server for which portal items may not exist.
