Trying to install enterprise cloud builder 11.2 on a MacBook Pro with M1 chip running windows 11 using the latest parallels version, but the installation does not start and always complains that it does not find the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio.

The latest 64 bit version is definitely installed but for some reason the installer is unable to recognize it. Is there a way around this? I am suspecting it has something to do with the apple silicon but I am not sure if there is any way  around it. I tried installing the ARM version as well, but got the same results as well.

You are brave to be using M1 with Parallels to do this type of work, as I assume it is not explicitly supported by ESRI. My solution would just be to spin up a windows machine in the cloud or buy a cheap used windows machine instead of trying to get things to run with your M1 chip. Good luck and keep us updated if you get it working.
