Add a possibility to publish a database stored procedure or function as an ArcGIS REST service and provide automatic mapping of input and output parameters.
- more advanced editing scenarious which are not suported at the moment (real SQL transaction, custom ID generation)
- all spatial data services managed in the same place - ArcGIS for Server
- server side logic is pure SQL which is more reusable and convenient than Server Object Extension model.
