Provide password encryption for ArcGIS Server backup parameters

I have a standalone instance of ArcGIS Server.  In order to create a backup, I have to run c:\program files\arcgis\server\tools\admin\backup.py and provide an administrator ID and password.  If I want to schedule this backup, there is no way to hide this password from other users on the machine.  https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/develop/windows/backup-utility.htm 

The webgisdr utility used in Portal for ArcGIS allows me to enter a password into  that gets encrypted when I run webgisdr.  https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/create-web-gis-backup.htm

I would like to see a similar option to encrypt the password provided to backup.py in ArcGIS Server.
