My Organization would like to be able to change their Print Layout like what is in ArcMap Desktop. They would like to be able to move the Legend, adjust the North arrow, or change where all the items are position. Currently, I either create and upload a Print Template, or they download the map into Desktop and go from there. The only issue we have with downloading it into Desktop is that we plan on removing access to Desktop here shortly.
Does anyone have a fix for this?
