It would be nice to alert Field Maps users if they download a map that contains branch versioned data to their device where feature service advanced options capability "Create a version for each downloaded Map" is disabled. Otherwise the user has no idea that the data they have made and that has been synchronized is going nowhere (EDIT after first posting this idea: It is going directly to the DEFAULT and you have no idea about that!). It is not always that field workers know what is happening under the hood / in the office / in the server manager or in this case what is not happening in Version Management table!
Currently a field worker can do everything correctly, but the data does not reach Version Management table and there are no errors that would indicate any problems.
