Map Viewer Popups - Allow Attachments to be Ordered by Name rather than Date

ArcMap functionality for attachments ordered items by name. We used this to indicate picture orientation (1st - North, 2nd - East, 3rd - South, 4th - West). In Enterprise Web Maps attachments are showing in reverse order or jumbled order due to sort by newest date first. This breaks standard functions for our web dissemination of survey data, when we have multiple pictures associated with a single location. If a picture needs to be recaptured for any reason, renaming it could place it in the correct order, if by name sort was an option. As things are now, the recaptured would be first when it should be somewhere else in the display sequence. We take thousands of images on a survey and indicating orientation by picture name is very important.  Not everyone is doing inspection workflows, where newest makes sense. The Where piece of the picture orientation was always clear when our consistent naming convention was used.
