Make the Patch Notification app a common program

Currently, each ArcGIS for Server component installs the Patch Notification app seperately.
If installs ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Data Store, and Portal for ArcGIS on one machine, three Patch Notification apps will be installed under C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\<component>\tools\patchnotification.



Can you make it a common program and install it under C:\Program Files\Common Files\ArcGIS?
