In the current product the webgisdr utility requires a full administrator account to create the webgisdr backup. From a security perspective it would be nice to be able to create backups with a lesser privileged account. For example with a backup account that has extended read permissions on the ArcGIS Enterprise implementation, but that has no write permissions on portal items (as opposed to an administrator account that has full read and write permissions on all portal items). The restore should then of course be performed under a different user that has write permissions on the ArcGIS Enterprise implementation
