Integrate the ArcGIS Server Backup Utility functionality into the installation/deployment process. Currently, in order to backup the ArcGIS Server site information, you must run a Python script via the command line on an existing machine of the site. What would be much more efficient is to have a dialog as part of the installation process that allows users to designate the backup location of the output files and the frequency of completing backups. Then adding functionality that would execute this automatically based on the selected parameters. This could also be said for WebGISDR for ArcGIS Enterprise. By implementing these changes would ensure that ALL customers would have these indispensable utilities operational by default.
