Hi,
In ArcGIS Enterprise right now, I can only see two types of webhooks:-
1) Organization webhooks - about an organization's users, groups, and items.
2) Service webhooks - For Geoprocessing and Feature services.
We should have webhooks that can trigger the events of organization security settings like:-
a) Allow access to the portal through HTTPS only,
b) Allow anonymous access to your portal, and
c) Members can share content publicly. Etc.
Any changes to these settings should send alerts to the administrators, making it easy for administrators to review or keep track of any changes in the security and admin settings.
