ArcGIS Enterprise Sites:
Give the ability to remove the sign-in from Sites. (found in upper right hand corner of all Sites)
Certain Sites are public, and there will no intention, ever, for end user to login. Removing makes less confusion for Sites that are intended to be public (no sign-in will EVER be required) and also to make Enterprise Portal less porous to people who might be trying to access the Portal maliciously.
Put the option to remove the "site sign-in" in the Site's Editor config.
