Expand Supported Java App Platforms for Web Adaptor

Our organization has fairly strict standards for Java based app platforms. For various reasons we have to migrate away from JBoss EAP 7 and are looking at alternative platforms supported by Esri and by our organization. Our only option at this time is Apache Tomcat 9.X.

We'd like to see Open Liberty, Apache Tomcat 10.1.X, and Apache 11.X (once generally available)  added to list of supported platforms.

Thank you for sharing this idea! We did have a beta of the Web Adaptor at 11.4 for Tomcat 10.1.X; We're hopeful that we can bring this to customers like yourself in the next release, 11.5.
