Enable report functionality survey123 in ArcGIS Enterprise on premise

In ArcGIS Enterprise on premise is not possible to use the report functionality. If you try so it gives you the following error:

This is not an install, role or rights problem, it's simply not installed in ArcGIS Enterprise on premise. I think it's related to the subject of credits consumption for the report functionality. I would appreciate it if there would be an option to use the report functionality from survey123 in the ArcGIS Enterprise on premise even if there is an additional fee needed.
