When we allow users to create their own build-in accounts, we would like them to verify their email.
Can we please bring this mechanism to ArcGIS Enterprise, at the Portal for ArcGIS? This mechanism already exists in ArcGIS Online.
Can we also have a flag for the unverified account to the SDKs? For example, the PortalUser at ArcGIS Map SDK for JavaScript or the arcgis.gis.User at ArcGIS API for Python would have a boolean property for an unverified account.
