My agency has quite a few Experience Builder applications that use the print widget to provide users map PDFs. These PDFs also need to meet accessibility standards, including accessibility tags and alt text.
We were able to follow these instructions to create a custom layout and publish as a print service in Enterprise (we are on version 11.5):

Unfortunately, it looks like accessibility tags are unsupported unless a layout is exported as a PDF directly from ArcGIS Pro.
The ability to easily add accessibility tags and alt text for print services that use custom layouts would be extremely helpful to make sure our ExB applications meet accessibility standards.
