Please add a way to associate a layer file with a dataset being published through bulk publishing. Most of my users are not GIS users and do not know how or need to know how to symbolize services or define popups. It is frustrating that every time a sync is run all symbology and popups are reset.
Having a way to say apply this layer file to this dataset in the bulk publishing process would fix that issue. This issue has really limited the usefulness of bulk publishing for my organization.
