When using Enterprise Sites or AGOL Hub a user can not preview or use the API explorer to view or help them construct an API call.
Our users require OGC services but have difficulty finding services and get the impression that the WMS does not work when viewing from the Site as all they get is a blank base map compared to a nice preview of features when looking at the map image service.
