I am in a area that does not have good cell coverage everywhere so we often utilize offline maps for data collection, but I would still like to be able to enable webhooks on hosted feature services to know when edits are made to some hosted feature services. I would like to be able to turn on "Enable Sync" and "Keep track of changes to the data (add, update, delete features)." Then when edits are uploaded to ArcGIS Enterprise I can send alerts that there are changes for supervisors to review.
