In ArcGIS Pro there is a heat map symbology setting or method for dynamic or constant.  This option would be useful to have in the map viewer since currently, heat map symbology does not change unless you click the regenerate button under heat map style options.  I worked with Support to troubleshoot various settings including lock display and automatic refresh, however, we could not find any setting that would automatically regenerate the heat map.  Support suggested that I submit an idea.  It would be useful for the heat map to automatically regenerate at different zoom levels and with data filters applied.  I submitted an idea for adding a regenerate control for dashboards, but if adding a method control in the map viewer would allow for heat map symbology to automatically regenerate within a dashboard upon zooming and making selections or filters, that would be the best case scenario and would address two issues at once.

Dynamic heat map rendering is sorely needed.

Per client request we've set up an Experience Builder with a Map (containing heat map layer) and Filter widget connected to map's heat map layer. Currently heat map style is unusable because the filtering in Experience Builder does not affect the heat map symbology. Clustering style are filtered correctly but the heat map style does not.
