Ability to adjust reverse geocoding search buffers for different roles and different locators from front end tools

It is not possible from the front-end  locator creator tool or in the parameters in the created locator to adjust the search buffer for reverse geocoding on specific roles (multi role locator) or on individual locators (in a composite locator).  The parameter does exist but it is hidden away in the settings file in the .loz. The settings file can be adjusted to get the desired result, but this is not a standard, supported solution.

This is a problem as the default of 20 m is too coarse if you want precise control over the results as is the case for the service I have created for Emergency Services dispatch.  I want them to get exactly what they want on the first click and I don't want misleading results on auto reverse geocoding for an incoming call (e.g., a point address is returned instead of the street).

For example, in the case of a multi-role locator with a point address, street address, and POI role,  a reverse geocode on a road may return a nearby point address as the top result instead of the street name.    In example below, the reverse geocoder returns a nearby address instead of the street name as the top result (in fact it doesn't return the street name at all it returns the intersection -- this is a separate relate issue that I will submit a separate Idea for -- i.e. having precise control of search buffer and/or return order of components of the street address role).
