No pop-up on feature services

When I add feature services from our AGO organization, there is no pop-up when I click on features.  Ideas?  Thank you...

Hi Debra,

There should be a pop-up for the KML, Shapefile, Text files(CSV/TXT) and Feature service when click on in ArcGIS Earth. And this is the case in Web Mercator spatial reference.

However, there is an issue in WGS84 spatial reference when calling FeatureLayer.HitTestAsync in 1.3 version of ArcGIS Earth.

In WGS84, if there are feature service or shapefile in ArcGIS Earth and they are visible, then you can't get the pop-up for all the data. If the feature layer is not visible, then you only can get the pop-up for KML and Text files(CSV/TXT).

I will let you know when this issue is fixed.
