KMZ problem

Hi,

I've got problem - no big deal, just wondering. 

I using OCAD software for making orienteerig map. There is possibility of export map as kmz.

In googleearth is everything OK, but in arcgis earth  - is displayed incorrectly

Any idea what is going on?

perhaps the coordinate system is unknown in Earth. the don't look like they landed in the same place
