ArcGIS Earth Select a certificate

My organization has recently decided to upgrade to ArcGIS Earth 2.0 and we are being prompted to Select a certificate but everything is more or less greyed out. The application was working fine at 1.16 using a custom configuration file with no pop-up and we were able to connect to our enterprise environment. We are able to connect to Enterprise through Pro, Field Maps and even our Python environment. Does anyone have any tips?
