System requirements for ArcGIS 10.3?

The  System Requirements I can find online seem to relate to ArcGIS10.2.x. Does anyone have the specific system spec requirements of ArcGIS 10.3? Is it stable on XP?

As you can see based off the link to the documentation that Joe sent you, Windows XP is not a supported operating system for ArcGIS Desktop.  This does not mean that it may not run on Windows XP it means that we have determined that the Windows 7 and newer have been verified to run ArcGIS Desktop.
