Had the proximity tool kit in 10.7 and have now discovered that it is missing in my 10.8 install. Running ArcGIS Desktop. How to fix this please.
Thanks much, Bill Cole
Solved! Go to Solution.
Well some of the tools are limited to an advanced license, but that shouldn't stop the toolset from showing.
If it isn't there, perhaps your install didn't go well and you might need to do a "repair" (Windows, Add/Remove Programs, Remove, then select Repair)
Otherwise, Tech Support

This one? from arctoolbox, Analysis...
Or was it a 3rd party tools from the Code Sharing site?
The one from arctoolbox.

Thanks much for the information. In my install of Win10 I have to do *Control
Panel | Apps | scroll to ArcGIS Desktop 10.8 | Uninstall | Repair | Install*.
Sadly, that did not fix the problem so I guess I've got to call Tech.

Checked w/Tech Support. Turns out that I was looking in the wrong place
for the Proximity Tool Set. It is part of the Analysis group, while the
instructions I was working with showed the Proximity Tool Kit as being in
the first layer under Analysis Tools. My apologies.
