Problems with ArcGIS10.1 and Erdas Imagine 2011 Software ?

Hello guys, I have problem with ArcGIS 10.1 and Erdas Imagine Software 2011. When i configure ArcGIS then Erdas imagine giving me licence problem, similar case for ArcGIS, i changed the port of ArcGIS but does not work either. I want to run both software side by side. Please help me, it's urgent.

Hi Ahsan,

Are you running the FlexNet license server for one or both programs? Or, are these both single use licensed versions?

I am using Single use licensed version. Can you tell me please solution for both ?
