We have a user who is in another location. She is unable to see the layers, no matter what browser she uses. Other users in the same location is seeing the same problem.
Meanwhile at our location nobody has a problems bringing up layers.
Is there a port/service/something that could be blocked by a firewall?
Not sure if this is in the right place, I couldn't find the right one...
