Hi All,
I had to reformat my Windows side on my mac recently and since then I've been having trouble authorising ArcGIS after installation. More specifically, once I click "Authorize now" the window to put in my EVA code is missing (but running in task bar). If I try opening any of the programs they eventually freeze. Would it be something funny with a registry key perhaps?
