I wanna install arc pro 1.2 but don't install because the Aurthur URL .??? What should I do   to install this program ? thanks☺

yes you can add more numbers of user but at a time  only no license user work.

10 license you have then only 10 user work at a time
but license installed on any no of users.

you can also add new license in existing license using purchase new licenses.

Hello,

In this case license available first come first serves basis.

When one of user release license its available for others.

In this case please use type of licenses level
basic user have only basic license
Advance user have advance license level.

Checking the license server status

  1. Launch the ArcGIS License Server Administrator from Start > Programs > ArcGIS > License Manager > License Server Administrator.
  2. Click Start/Stop License Service in the table of contents to view the status of the license service.
  3. Click the Start button if the license service is not running.

    Viewing the audit log

    ArcMap 10.3

    The audit log captures license borrow, return, and enterprise single use authorization activity. You can view the log file using the ArcGIS License Server Administrator.

    1. Launch the ArcGIS License Server Administrator from Start > Programs > ArcGIS > License Manager > License Server Administrator.
    2. Choose Configure in the table of contents.
    3. Under the Audit Log path, click the View button to open a dialog box that displays the license borrow activity.

  4. Viewing license availability—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop
