I have ArcMap 10.7.1. Map layers never finish drawing so I thought I'd make sure my new computer has the right system requirements (which I printed out and gave to the Notebook Shop so they could get me the right computer).
Problem is, Detection.exe results never display. The product says the results will display in the Chrome web page but they never do.
Ideas???
