ArcGIS Desktop licence

I downloaded an ArcGIS Desktop 10.8 through my university account and cannot authorize and put the suitable license for that.

Please help me.

It sounds possibly like a training license set up, though I don't think there is enough information from that post is provided to know for sure. One never knows, though, if it's from a school.

There is a license for ArcMap. The license must be obtained through the administrator of your University account.

I think customer care can help you at ArcGIS or ESRI. Look that up through your public free account. If you belong to an organization, the organizer customer care may try to direct you to go through the organizer somehow. If you have lost your license because you put it in a place you can not access it, perhaps customer care can help you with that situation.

That actually sounds like a similar snafu I nearly found myself in while trying to create my first account for a license I was granted through an professor at the U. attending. I contacted everyone I could find, from the store to customer care, to you name it. I was assigned a very nice customer care person who contacted me and walked me through it.
