Hello, how can I download arcgis10.3 desktop trial, it seems 10.2.2 still in webpage?

If 10.3 isn't there, it isn't ready for trial edition release.

They tend not to announce when stuff is available for the general public to test.  The download is available for people with existing versions but I don't know the access point.  The full version is either out now or later...in any event...the test-for-all version will follow when they feel like it
