When I select the Reviewer Table properties Fields Tab, I expect that I should be able to use my middle scroll wheel, to scroll up and down on the tab, since the tab is active. The current behavior is that I have to select the vertical scrollbar, before my middle scroll wheel will activate and scroll down or up.
