Reviewer Processing Error

After running a batch file I receive the following error: "Error updating batch run table. Edits not saved." Opening the Reviewer table confirms that there are no errors being saved or returned.

I'm running ArcGIS 10.1 Data Reviewer for Desktop
     ArcGIS 10.1 Service Pack 1 Data Reviewer for Desktop
     ArcGIS 10.1 SP1 Patch 3
     ArcGIS 10.1 SP1 Patch 6

Any thoughts?

Hi,

Can you please confirm the type of Reviewer workspace you are using? Is it a File Geodatabase or SDE(Oracle, SQL Server) workspace.

If it is a SDE Reviewer workspace then please confirm if you have followed the steps mentioned here.

Hello,

On the top of my head, there could be two possible issues. 


  1. Are you in an edit session when you are running the batch job? Not that this is an issue.  But if your Reviewer workspace is in a different geodatabase than what you are editing, then this could be the issue.

  2. If the Reviewer workspace is in an enterprise geodatabse (as Kumar questioned), are the permissions set up properly for each Reviewer table? Refer to the link that Kumar provided.
