Post Installation Data Reviewer

Hi,

we are trying to run the post-install for the Data Reviewer custom steps and encouter a blocking issue.
Process is described here:

Steps 1:
run "ProductionCustomStepsPostInstall.exe"
We first see this little window with "Error: Unable to initialize ArcGIS licence"

Step 2(ignoring above error):
Can someone tell us how to specify the connection in de Window "Post-Installation"?

We use a DirectConnect connection to an Oracle11 database.
