Domain error message when running batch check

I am getting the following error message when I run a batch check on a specific feature class. Does anyone know why this would be
happening?  It only happens with this one fc, but I cannot isolate the problem.

"DOMAINS acec_poly: Unable to narrow selection"

What version of Data Reviewer are you running (9.x, 10, 10.1)?

What service pack or patch level are you at for Data Reviewer?

Other users have reported this issue and the following NIM has been logged:

NIM083841 - When running the Domain Check, an error is returned, "Unable to narrow selection."

NIM083841 has been fixed, tested, and verified. The fix for NIM083841 was released into the following:

- Patch1 Build 1232 for ArcGIS Data Reviewer 10 SP5
- Patch1 Build 1232 for Esri Production Mapping 10 SP5
- ArcGIS 10.1 Data Reviewer for Desktop SP1 Build 1396
- Esri Mapping and Charting Solutions (MCS) 10.1 SP1 Build 1396
