Thumbnails no longer show up in Dashboard

We recently upgrade our Portal a newer version that now allows the new Map Viewer and customizing Field Maps. Not ArcGIS Online.
In our dashboards the Attachments that showed up as Thumbnails no longer show up as thumbnails.
The workaround is to open dashboard classic and open the dashboard. This is not acceptable solution but a temporary work around.
What do we need to do to get our dashboards working and showing thumbnails in the details.
The below image is what it is showing.
I have created a new service using ArcGIS Pro 2.9.1 and published it.
