See the attached screenshot. I've got this mysterious data point, claiming to have been made at the tail end of the Johnson administration, messing up my serial chart. When I go to the actual feature class to delete this weird entry, it's outright absent from the table. Why in the heck is this thing showing up and how do I get rid of it? Does Skinner need to reopen the X Files?!
