Selector not working when viewing dashboard

Hi there,

I have configured my ArcGIS Dashboard so the category selector works in the sidebar. In the edit window, everything seems to work fine when selecting the dropdowns from the selector. However, when viewing the dashboard, it will not allow me to interact with the selector, any ideas?

Weirdly, I tested the same category selector in the header and worked! Would recommend to Esri to test the sidebar for adding category selectors as It doesn't work!

Glad you found a work-around.
For your issue with the category selector in the side panel, please reach out to tech support if the issue persists so we can get a reproducible use case for it. 
One thing that might have happened and is easy to miss: the actions you configured are removed from the selector when you switch between single and multiple select in the configurations.
