Problem saving

I have a problem that I have not seen any other examples of - being unable to save a newly created Operations View.

I login fine, and I have not had any of the crashing problems that seem to occur somewhat frequently.
I can Create a new session just fine and add multiple widgets, but when I attempt to Save (or Save As), the application reacts like it has saved the View but it doesn't actually go through with it, with no Operations View appearing in my account.

Any ideas?

Also, does this happen with every op view you try to create, or only some?

Just as an update: so far we found that adding the proxy line doesn't seem to fix the issue. It shouldn't cause the app to not open: tthere had been a typo in the config that resulted in that experience. Once the typo was fixed, the app again opens, but so far still doesn't save.

Following up on this... it looks like it was a network issue, as it couldn't be repeated on other networks. It is also fixed in version 10.2, which will be releasing soon.
