Hello, everyone please someone guide me regarding making my dashboard. That how I can create my dashboard.

Try building some basic dashboards with the info you find here and come back here if you have a specific question the docs couldn't help you with. Don't forget that you need ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise access and relevant data to get started. Have fun!

As mentioned by David, ArcGIS Online organizational account or ArcGIS Enterprise portal access is required for working with ArcGIS Dashboard (with required privileges).

In case you don't have one, you could create a free trial account or purchase an ArcGIS for Personal Use license.
