is it possible to display negative numbers as positive but have chart descend (ie pointed down)?

I have a chart where all the values are negative. So the bars are south of the 0 line. But I want the numbers to display as positive. Is this possible? I changed the numbers to positive but then my bars go north instead.

I can't think of a way to do this. If it's a must maybe create the chart outside of ArcGIS, host it and then embed it?
