Indicator modification

Hi,

I'm trying to modify one of my Operation Dashboard indicators to automatically show a current month's data.  So far I can either go into the dashboard and change what month it is every time, or select "EditDate."  EditDate works somewhat, but there are a few times where I have to enter several month's worth of data at once - this ends up creating a slide, and shows multiple numbers.  Help!
