Group Values in a Pie Chart

Is it possible to group values in a pie chart? Similar to the Graduated Colors symbology?

I have a feature class of all the subdivisions in our area and one of the attributes is Number of Lots. I would like to have the pie chart display slices for the number of subdivisions that have fewer than 20 lots, 20-40 lots, 40-60 lots, etc.

Is there a way I can do that with Operations Dashboard? Am I just missing it?
