Gantt? Chart ArcGIS Dashboard

I am looking for help making a chart that shows when calls started and ended. 

Our fire dept wants to be able to see how many stacking calls happened the day and week before. 

I was thinking something like this. I am not sure if Gantt is the right chart type.
