Dynamically change photos displaying in widget based on selection

I'm trying to set up my Dashboard so that when the user selects a point in the map it will show the attached photo in a widget.  Currently the photos are in the pop up but I need them in a new window.

The image is showing in the widget, but the image doesn't change based on selected.  All the photos are in there.

I've applied a filter at the map level so when the selection changes, the 'Photos' widget (Embeded Content and Details) filters the attachments to just the selected record

But that doesn't work with either widget.

Is there any other way to do this?
