We are pulling date and information on our vehicle/AVL features. The time is correct in ArcGIS online, but is off by a few hours in the dashboard. Is there a way to fix the time zone in the Dashboard?
Can you provide additional details regarding time values seen in ArcGIS Online versus Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS? Are you seeing difference between the time zone data was collected and UTC time zone? Likely the difference is from offset to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) time zone. Web browsers convert the date/time to local time.
