On the previous Citizen Problem Reporter dashboard, our department heads were able to open a report, update its status (Received, In Progress, Completed, or Canceled), and add comments using their viewer accounts. With Citizen Problem Reporter 3, these capabilities are no longer available to them. What has changed? Do I need to update our viewer accounts? Thank you for your time!
