Category Selector sends "Equals" rather than " LIKE" request with multiple and "includes" option selected

Hello, I have a dashboard that has a selector configured to use the Include operator, but when I use that to filter a field that contains that string, the request sent in the browser is the Equals operator. This seems like a bug. ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1. Has this been addressed?

Interesting.. I believe the inverse does work though. This seems like a fairly large flaw.

Yes this was addressed with the introduction of the 'contains' operator in a previous update to ArcGIS Online and with Enterprise 11.3.
